511bet may request identity documents at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when there is suspicion of account misuse. Accepted documents include a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), Brazilian passport, or proof of address issued within the last 90 days.

In the event of closure for a violation, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance will be returned after review, minus any amounts related to fraud.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 511bet platform shall be submitted to the courts of the player's place of domicile in Brazil, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will not be affected. 511bet's tolerance of any breach does not waive its right to enforce compliance in the future.
In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of these terms and the Brazilian Portuguese version, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
